Advanced Auto Glass

Amazing service and very reasonably priced. I never had any issues with my car windows in the past 6 years, but this year I had terrible luck. One of my driver side windows got smashed, and the front windshield got chipped and cracked by a tiny rock on the highway. A security guard recommended this place to me after the entire street’s car windows got smashed. I quoted a few places, and this one could replace the window the fastest (next day) and was super price competitive. So when my other car’s window cracked, I called them without a second thought. Their install and calibration price was half of what some big online chain quoted me, and they got it done within a few days! They even put everything I had sticked to the window shield (dashcam/flex pass) on to the new window without charging extra! With the reasonable priced, they also didn’t cheap out on the glass! While it is not OEM parts, I am sure they can order it for you if you are willing to pay the premium and wait, their glasses are from reputable source such as Fuyao and PGW Highly recommend.

Wiley is professional and accommodating. He is easy to talk to, has a customers first attitude. Would definitely recommend this shop for windshield repair or replace. I hope I don’t need to go there again soon tho. Lol

I went with Advanced Auto Glass through my insurance to replace a windshield based on their reviews (Yelp and Google) and they did not disappoint. Wiley provided timely communication, was on time for my appointment, and was efficient in replacing my windshield. Very painless and very easy to deal with. I know where I'm going when I need window repair for our vehicles. Thanks for the great service.

Update 6/12: Replaced the windshields on my two cars. The process was smoothing with Wiley driving the conversation with insurance. I'm glad to report that the review from 5 years ago still holds up today. No waiting room anymore though but I'm here for quality of work and attention to detail. Note you will need to bring your vehicle around back, see pictures. Turn left on to Industrial plaza -->Turn right at Tires & Wheels --> Turn right at the T intersection Competitively priced glass installer. These are guys straightforward who gets the job done with no drama. They finished installing a golf rear vent windows in less than an hour. The waiting room has WiFi if you need it.

Had to get my '17 Macan's quarter window replaced no thanks to some thief. Called in and a gentleman named Wiley picked up. My glass needed to be special ordered, but Wiley got back to me within 30 minutes and walked me through all the insurance/cost implications. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision, and I got off the call feeling fully informed of my options. When I spoke with my insurance provider, there were no questions/problems when I told them I want to use Adv Auto Glass instead of their "in-network" shop. Wiley offered to come to my place once the part arrived (2-3 days) to get things fixed, but I ended up visiting his Fremont shop. It took his crew about 70 minutes to replace it. Wiley's the nicest guy ever and I really appreciated his professionalism and also the friendliness of all the other staff in the office. Highly recommended!
